Its late, but none the less when i can't sleep I seem to post on here!
So today was slightly eventful - sprayed undercoat on all the dark eldar and built some arco-flageleents from the flagellent kit (only the ones with flails), have also considered using the flagellent in the stocks as the daemonhost....
Also have been considering using this model as an inquisitor with Daemonblade....
Ohhh and meet the Assasin with the C'tan Phase Swords (name escapes me) - this model has been already purchased and had the sword attached as the packback rather than the pistols....
Felt more appropraite than using as a mage.
Still loads more to decide on, specifically still is the Death Cult Assasins, the core foundation for the army's punch!
At the moment I am tempted to use one of the following:
With the empire free company i would only use the options for two 1h swords....all others would be used as rescruits for the skaven slaves unit i am working on.

We were having exactly this discussion about using corsairs as assassins in Newbury last night! Of course there the Dark Elf assassins too, which look a little more generic: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440049a&prodId=prod1160077a But I expect you have thought of those already.
ReplyDeleteYeah i have had that conversation with Quinn multiple times about the suitability.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to work on a paint scheme at the moment (and using appropraite imperial fluff) and its quite entertaining that the most appropriate feudal world is Mancora (home world of the Howling Griffons).....Funny Huh? lol
Spooky!! I am pleased with the yellow, which I've now glazed, and am about to start the red quarters now. Just a bit scared! :0
ReplyDeleteLol, i think i am aswell.
ReplyDeleteI picked up 16paints to paint the basic colours and weaponary (and textured paint bases) lol
